Terms and Conditions of Contests

1. This contest is applicable only to vendors who have received official communication for the contest through email or WhatsApp from the company.

2. Only Unsecured Loan business will be considered for this contest. Secured Personal Loan and Business Loan cases will not be eligible.

3. Only net disbursement cases will be considered for calculation of contest achievement.

4. The contest period is from January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026. Only business disbursed during this period will be eligible.

5. Dual or split consideration of the same business will not be allowed. If a case is considered for this contest, it cannot be considered for any other contest or incentive program.

6. Only matched cases will be considered for contest qualification and reward calculation.

7. All contest claims must be submitted through the CRM on or before 30th April 2026.

8. While submitting claims in the CRM, participants must select contest code "12". Claims without the correct contest code will not be considered.

9. No split claims will be allowed under any circumstances.

10. Business will be counted at the last hierarchy level, as per the defined team and reporting structure.

11. Any disputes arising during or after the contest period will be resolved by the management team. The decision of the management will be final and binding.

12. The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or withdraw the contest or its terms at any time without prior notice.
