Responsibilities and Duties

Content Writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication. If you're familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we'd like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.


Ultimately, you'll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness for Ruloans and also for customers of Ruloans.


1.Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

2.Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services

3.Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems

4.Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.

5.Submit work to editors for input and approval.

6.Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.

7.Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.

8.Promote content on social media.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

1.Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role.

Key Skills:

2.Recruitment & Selection of Vendors (Partners/Agents /DSA/Freelancers/CA/Tax consultant Etc.) to drive the above business.

3.Adhere to all policies of BANKS right from Login to disbursal.

4.Make sure all vendors does business in line with above policies.

5.All vendors Adhere to all policies of BANKS right from Login to disbursal.

6.Regular update of MIS of each vendor from login to disbursal.

7.All leads generated by HO for vendor appointment must be adhered with timely day to day feedback.

8.All automation launched by HO must be successfully driven.

9.Knowledge of Payouts for all products - (PL/BL/LAP/HL) as per Bank to Bank.

10.Tracking /Understanding the market of both Self and Competition and drive business as per potential.
